RePipe is an Australian owned company that delivers premier contracting services for the complete replacement of underground pipes with minimal surface excavation.

As part of our service, RePipe holds the exclusive rights to a wide range of pipebursting technologies, originally developed and patented by TRIC Inc. TRIC technologies are based on a cable pulling system with a twin-cylinder hydraulic ram, static bursting head and cutting tool. TRIC technologies are commonly applied to diameters between 100mm and 500mm and to any material including clay, asbestos, cast iron, concrete and steel. TRIC technologies provide significant advantages to pneumatic, winch and rod-based systems including:

• Minimal impact, noise and vibration

• Complete directional accuracy

• Superior pull pressure yet small and lightweight

• Addresses bends and loose sand

• Faster to assemble and faster progress rates

• Option to employ unified force (a pneumatic impact tool inserted inside the static bursting 

   head to enhance the benefits of static pipebursting without introducing pneumatic risks).
