McBerns Pty Ltd is an Australian company established in 1991 with the introduction of the McBerns AutoWellWasher™. We specialise in problems associated with wastewater. We are constantly seeking effective and economical answers to problems in sewerage pump stations and odour management. McBerns AutoWellWasher™ is used to clean municipal sewerage pump stations. It is a permanently mounted, automatic washing device that uses only water to keep the well walls free of fat and grease, eliminating the need for manual cleaning. With the aid of our Digital Timing System our washer can use less than 100 litres of water per day.
McBerns Odour Filters will absorb, not just mask, all foul odours including hydrogen sulphide (H2S). McBerns Odour Filters come in a range of sizes and are used successfully on domestic sewer and septic vents, sewer main air valves, pump stations, manholes, vent stacks and enclosed pump station buildings. They are an instant, inexpensive fix for odour complaints.
Probe Washer uses the action of a small amount of water to keep level sensing probes free of fat, rags & debris, to seriously reduce run-ons, high level alarms and blockage callouts.
McBerns Safety Lid for pump stations, is sealed to prevent escape of odours and includes a removable safety grate, which takes the worry out of open lids on site. We can custom make to suit most pump station sites.
