Gippsland Water provides water services to over 130,000 people living in the region from Drovin in the west to Sale in the east, and from Mirboo North in the south, to Rawson and Briagalong in the north.

The authority administers some 58,000 water assessments and over 46,000 wastewater assessments. With an annual income of approximately $47 million, over 30% of this is generated from the major industrial clients in the LaTrobe Valley.

Gippsland Water has a strong track record of environmentally sound water management.
