The Rotamix® Process Mixing System by Vaughan® is today’s most cost effective means of mechanical hydraulic mixing, consisting of an engineered arrangement of floor mounted nozzles fed by a Vaughan® Chopper Pump. Rotamix® is available for aerobic and anaerobic digesters, sludge storage tanks and other high-volume.
Each Rotamix® nozzle assembly comes with a 10-year full replacement warranty against wear and corrosion. There are no moving or rotating parts within the process and no scheduled nozzle maintenance required. Using an externally mounted Vaughan® Chopper Pump to power the system, solids in the waste stream are constantly preconditioned and broken down. This not only protects downstream pumps and equipment from clogging, but also promotes enhanced biological digestion and increased methane gas production.
