Who looks after your water & waste?
“Moree Plains Water & Waste”, a department of the Moree Plains Shire Council, has been instigated to provide the Shire with clean, readily available drinking water, garbage disposal and an adequate sewerage system.
Moree Plains Water & Waste as part of the Moree Plains Shire Council are readily available for the public to contact direct with any emergency problems they may have concerning water and sewerage. And its service is available 24 hours a day.
Moree Plains Water & Waste is responsible for providing water to Moree, Gurley, Mungindi, Boggabilla, Pallamallawa, Weemelah, Garah and Boomi and provides a weekly garbage bin collection service in Moree, Mungindi, Boggabilla, Pallamallawa and Ashley.
